Is the free plan actually free, forever?
Yes. The Free plan has no expiry, no credit card required, and no feature timer. You get unlimited passwords and unlimited device sync with no strings attached.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account rolls back to the Free plan automatically. All your data stays intact — nothing is deleted or locked. You keep everything, just without the Premium extras.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing period so you keep what you've paid for.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes — annual billing saves 20% across Premium and Developer plans. The toggle on the pricing cards above switches between monthly and annual pricing.
Do you offer plans for larger teams or enterprises?
We offer custom pricing for teams of 10 or more that includes SSO, SCIM provisioning, custom SLAs, and dedicated onboarding. Get in touch and we'll tailor a plan.
What counts as a 'device'?
Every computer, phone, or tablet you sign in to Vaultixs on counts as a device. All plans include unlimited devices — there is no per-device limit or add-on.
